2. Shipping Policy

  • We offer free shipping across India on all orders.
  • Orders are typically dispatched within 7 business days and delivered within 7–12 business days depending on your location.
  • You will receive tracking details via email or WhatsApp or SMS] once your order ships.

3. Replacement Policy

  • We do not offer returns on any product.
  • Replacements are provided only for defective or damaged items, and only if the customer has recorded an unedited unboxing video clearly showing the sealed package being opened and the defect/damage.
  • Replacement requests must be raised within 1 day of delivery, along with the unboxing video, order number, and photos of the defect, sent to our WhatsApp number.
  • Without the unboxing video, we are unable to process any replacement claim.
  • Outside of verified manufacturing defects, all sales are final — no returns, exchanges, or refunds for reasons such as size, change of mind, or personal preference.

4. Payments

  • All payments made on this website are non-refundable.
  • Prices are listed in INR and are inclusive/exclusive of applicable taxes (specify which).
  • We accept payment through Creadit/debit cards and UPI.

5. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible, and our no-return and no-refund policy applies.

  • Self-defence products sold on this site are intended for lawful personal use only. Customers are responsible for ensuring such products are legal to purchase, possess, and use in their state/jurisdiction within India.
  • Sports and pet-related products should be used as intended; we are not liable for misuse or injury resulting from improper use.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with disputes subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Jalandhar city.
